Our History

Founded in 2020 by Coach Ekene Agwuenu @hsnildealsguy, High School NIL Deals Network began as a small group of like-minded individuals who wanted to make a positive impact in their community. Since then, we have grown into a thriving organization with over 500 members.

Our Activities

We offer a variety of activities and events for our members, including volunteer opportunities, social gatherings, and educational workshops. Our goal is to provide something for everyone and create a sense of belonging for all.

We help entrepreneurs, small to medium sized businesses identify potential candidates for independent contracting jobs, gigs and public appearance and speaking engagements.

Hire High School Athletes Continuous Learning Program

We match former high school athletes with opportunities from our partners to pursue furthering their learning of a new skill, trade, profession or even a hobby, or new sport.

Hire High School Athletes Business Development Program

We help current and former high school athletes explore their entrepreneurial pursuits with our team of Hire High School Athletes Business Development Mentors, matching athletes with people skilled in sales, marketing, and relationship building.
